Content Marketing? Awesome Statistics Tell Why [INFOGRAPHIC]

“Content is the new black.” – Ann Handley, MarketingProfs

I used this quote about content marketing from a presentation I saw Ann give in my blog on Tuesday, which was heavy on information that she and others on the web had given about how to direct your company’s content marketing strategy. (Since I monitor the web using Spiral16 every day, I actually see the difference content marketing can make in your business.)

What that post was a little light on, however, was content marketing statistics. (Which is OK, actually, since you don’t want your blogs to be a million words long. It’s not so good for short attention spans and keeping people reading, it turns out.)

Luckily for me, I stumbled across this handy little infographic from our friends over at SocialMouths, who themselves were sent the infographic from BlueGlass Interactive.

The data for this content marketing infographic comes from all over the web, and shows that a staggering 60% of B2B marketers plan on increasing their efforts this year. Wow. Anyway, check it out and start thinking about how a content marketing strategy could help your business:

Great! I like the way you have shared your thoughts on content marketing, and its relevance to B2B content marketing. True! Effective content marketing strategies can help businesses to grow online. Today, a lot of organizations, small or big, are outsourcing content marketing services to web content development & marketing companies to get unique, and exceptional content. I think, every entrepreneur should start thinking about effective content marketing strategies. True! Content marketing can help your business grow.
